Keep your workouts varied by including a wide range of exercises. This helps to avoid boredom from too much repetition and will also maintain your level of motivation. Beside, your body gets used to a certain style of working out after time, so you lose the benefits of constant exercise.

Do not limit yourself to crunches to develop your abs. A university study has shown that it takes a quarter million crunches to burn a single pound of fat. So, if you’re only doing crunches, you aren’t doing as much work as you could be. Vary your abdominal exercises for superior results.
